Cancellation Policy
Appointment Policies
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: You can cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you need to reschedule, your deposit will carry over to the new appointment—as long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. You’re allowed one reschedule per appointment. Any additional changes after that will result in the loss of your deposit.
• No-Show Policy: Missing your appointment without notice will result in being charged the remaining balance of your service as a no-show fee.
• Late Fee: If you’re more than 15 minutes late, a $10 late fee will apply.
